![]() ![]() ![]() It offers the imperfection-blurring benefits of a primer, the mega-watt glow of a highlighter and the unbeatably perfecting properties of your favourite photographic filter.Īpplying it is like adding a digital filter to a photograph it instantly lifts your complexion, erasing imperfections and imparting glowing radiance. My tip is to go one shade lighter for a highlighter effect, exact match for a luminous lit from within glow, or one to two shades darker for a warm glowy bronzer effect.Newly reformulated, this customisable, hybrid complexion booster is quite unlike anything weve seen before. They certainly helped me to know that out of these shades, I’d only repurchase shade 3, but I am also curious to know what shades 2.5 and 4 will be like. I hope my swatches were somewhat helpful. It’s too dark however if I want to use it as a highlighter which was my main purpose of purchasing this product.ĥ.5 Tan is leaning into very warm glowy bronzer category for my skin tone, so if I was looking to use the hollywood flawless filter in this way its good to know the option for a darker bronzer shade is there, but as I prefer a more subtle warmth I wouldn’t go deeper than 4.5 on my skin tone.Īs you can see, 6.5 Deep and 8 Deep are not suitable for my skin tone, not even as a bronzer, but could work well for some tan and deeper skin tones. ![]() In reality, the shades blend out to a much more sheer luminous glow.ġ Fair has an ivory base to it which is too light for my skin tone if I use it all over, however if I dab a tiny dot on the tip of my nose and cheekbones it does show up as a more prominent bright highlighter compared to other shades.ģ Light/Medium has a more suitable light peachy undertone that enhances my skin if I use a small amount all over, however it does also have a subtle highlighting effect so I like to use this both under foundation as a luminous primer and over foundation on my cheekbones for a lit from within sort of glow, rather than using it on it’s own without foundation.Ĥ.5 Medium is a touch darker than my natural skin colour but it still blends in well making it a great shade for a slightly luminous primer under foundation or on it’s own if I want a warm summery glow. Please note the the swatch photo has not captured the beautiful luminosity that the product leaves on the skin, and is only showing the base pigment. I swatched these 6 shades on my arm so you can get a rough idea of what might match you when comparing against my skin tone and your own skin tone. I have the mini versions of shades 3 and 4.5, as well as a swatch card of shades 1, 3, 4.5, 5.5.
